Use Martview, ComicRack, Cdisplayex or The origional Cdisplay for reading CBR, CBZ Files. My recomendation is Martview, The best Comics and Magazines reader,it supports PDF,CBR,CBZ,Mart and epub files with flip page effect.

A humble request, please save the image format as jpeg or png as Wbep format is not opening in Comicrack.
use the latest version 0.9177 of comicrack it is perfectly working you can also use cdisplyex and Sumatrapdf both are also working well.
do you have dr rex morgan , henry or mark trail daily strips 2015 or old
