Use Martview, ComicRack, Cdisplayex or The origional Cdisplay for reading CBR, CBZ Files. My recomendation is Martview, The best Comics and Magazines reader,it supports PDF,CBR,CBZ,Mart and epub files with flip page effect.
Could you please re-upload this? I just found your blog and, as far as I can tell. you are the only one who has posted a complete scan of this issue and other Jack Kirby comics I've been looking for (I see there's dead links for issues of Bulls Eye and Police Trap here as well).
