Use Martview, ComicRack, Cdisplayex or The origional Cdisplay for reading CBR, CBZ Files. My recomendation is Martview, The best Comics and Magazines reader,it supports PDF,CBR,CBZ,Mart and epub files with flip page effect.
Webp is much better than jpg (half the size or some time one third than jpg with same quality) you use cdisplayex, or comicrack that supports webp format and think before write that who is idiot.
