Use Martview, ComicRack, Cdisplayex or The origional Cdisplay for reading CBR, CBZ Files.
My recomendation is Martview, The best Comics and Magazines reader,it supports PDF,CBR,CBZ,Mart and epub files with flip page effect.

      Actually usercloud is not opening.Whenver I am clicking on 'Download',it says this site can't be reached!can you please suggest a solution?

      This site is blocked by your Internet service provider. The only Solution is use the VPN Client like "Hotspot Shield VPN Elite" with this you can bypass it
