Use Martview, ComicRack, Cdisplayex or The origional Cdisplay for reading CBR, CBZ Files.
My recomendation is Martview, The best Comics and Magazines reader,it supports PDF,CBR,CBZ,Mart and epub files with flip page effect.

      I did't block but it is a daily 1GB limit by rapidshare they allow only 1 GB daily for free user so you try it some time again

      Tusfiles is blocked in india you can use proxy site to unblock it
      go to http://www.unblock123.com/ and put file download link http://www.tusfiles.net/7d2gm861ofi5
      and download it
